Daily we battle to keep our minds set in the positive and not the negative. Daily the frustrations mound around us that quickly seek to devour our belief that we are little more than the reality that we are surrounded with currently….and yet we are so much more. Each of us have dreams that are set aflame with in our bellies. Every one of us needs to protect these dreams with the same fervor you would your front door…granting entry only the closest and trusted of friends. We cannot allow ourselves to become consumed by frustrations that quickly come to feed upon our dreams. Frustrations are a part of accomplishment, they are not meant to be the undoing that destroys us. The dreams that are housed within you are ones that the Almighty Lord God has placed within you. Where others would seek to place doubt within you, He wants to build you up. Where still others would place within you fear, He places in you a fervent desire to see your dream through to the end. We cannot allow the whispers of the negative doubters in our lives, become the voices that we listen to above the Lord’s help. It is He, and He alone that is to be the guide that we seek in life. Please, the next time your heart is tempted to give up on your dreams….place within you this question….who is the one telling you to give up? Is it you or God? Most likely…it is you. He means to see your dreams through to the end, but He needs you to believe in Him to bring them to pass. Pastor Daniella.
