You are never beyond the Love of the Lord Jesus Christ. No matter what has been told you, you are loved by the Lord Jesus. Many of us have experienced the hand of those who would taint the Love of Jesus Christ to appear so staunch and harsh that the belief that His love could be afforded you still, seems far beyond a dream you should grasp for. Yet it not as they painted it. God is LOVE-- Love that is extended you no matter what your life looks like right now. I feel so desperate to communicate this to those of you who are hurting. The Love of others can fail us, harm us, betray us, disappoint us, break us…but the Love of Jesus Christ is unlike that. I paint a more human picture. I will draw a few scenarios that take place in our modern day world… You’ve wrecked the family car, it’s utterly totaled. You lost your dad’s wallet, while on the family vacation. You dropped your mother’s wedding ring down the sink. You failed to close the deal that your company has to have in order to stay afloat. If I asked you to attach the anticipated ending to each of these scenarios, you would more than likely have imagined each person’s action being met with anger. And with many people their action would be anger…but NEVER would it be that from Jesus Christ. We become so convinced that we’ve stepped out of the Love of Jesus Christ that we shut Him out. Jesus is the LIFTER of your head. No matter what your life looks like, His love is already in action. Never once has He stopped loving you. No matter how many times you’ve questioned Him, doubted Him, turned from Him….HE was/is loving you. He knows what you’ve done, where you’ve messed up, where you are messing up now and yet all He wants to focus on is your coming to Him in order that you learn of His love. Why? Because it is His love that heals life’s worst pains and fears. My prayers are for you, whoever you are this evening reading this. I know what it’s like to be taught that God doesn’t care for those who do anything less than perfection. It breaks your human will to want to come to Jesus. But I also know what it is like to be in a relationship with Jesus where you trust in His love more than you do the pain of what has taken place in your life…and that alone is worth the journey you are contemplating on taking. Blessings-Daniella.
